1. Program

Future Founders Academy ("the Program") is an educational program operated by Tori Prince teaching entrepreneurship, credit, leadership, and wealth investing to students from 7th grade through college. The Summer 2026 session begins May 12, 2026 and continues weekly through the school year.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • Early-bird (through May 10, 2026): $175 for one student; $275 for two students.
  • 3+ children: Custom family rate — contact us.
  • AI Website Builder add-on: $777 (optional).
  • Transportation: $30/week per household, siblings included (optional).
  • Weekly food: $15/student/week, paid weekly. We provide additional food beyond that.

Payments are processed securely via Square through Tori Prince's licensed transportation company.

3. Refunds

Cancellations on or before May 31, 2026: $65 administrative fee retained, remainder refunded within 14 business days. After May 31, 2026: no refunds. Weekly food fees already used are non-refundable.

4. Seats & Eligibility

Only 25 seats are available for Summer 2026. Enrollment is confirmed when payment is received. Students must be entering 7th grade through college students.

5. Conduct & Dismissal

Participants must follow the Program code of conduct. The Program reserves the right to dismiss any student for behavior that is unsafe, harassing, or repeatedly disruptive. Standard refund policy applies.

6. Intellectual Property

All curriculum, workbooks, and materials provided are the property of Future Founders Academy and are licensed for personal educational use only. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use is not permitted without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Future Founders Academy and Tori Prince are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program. Please review the Liability Waiver & Consent.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Lake County, Indiana.
