Information We Collect

We collect information you provide on the enrollment form: parent/guardian name, phone, email, child names, age/grade, school, optional pickup address (for transportation), and any notes you share. Payment information is collected and processed by Square; we do not store full payment card numbers on our site.

How We Use Information

• To enroll your child and communicate about sessions, schedules, and updates.
• To coordinate optional transportation pickup and drop-off.
• To send invoices, receipts, and refund processing through Square.
• To improve our program and respond to your inquiries.

Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Future Founders Academy is enrolled by parents/guardians on behalf of their children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. Parents may review, update, or request deletion of their child's information at any time by emailing join@futurefoundersacademy.com.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. We share data only with: (a) Square for payment processing, (b) the licensed transportation provider if you opt in, and (c) law enforcement when required by law.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. No system is 100% secure; please use a strong password and notify us of any suspected unauthorized access.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing join@futurefoundersacademy.com.
